个人介绍Personal Introduction

北京大学肿瘤医院研究员,博士生导师,中华医学会医学细胞生物学分会青年委员,入选首批博士后创新人才支持计划。长期从事生物医药与人工智能交叉领域研究,聚焦生物分子互作预测、肿瘤表观遗传调控机制及AI驱动的靶点发现与药物设计,采用“干湿结合+AI赋能”研究范式,致力于解析肿瘤发生及肿瘤免疫过程中的关键分子及其调控网络,探索新型靶向治疗策略与创新药物转化。

截止2025年,发表学术论文40余篇,总引用2960余次,其中以第一或通讯作者(含共同)发表论文21篇,代表性成果发表在Nature Machine Intelligence,STTT、Nature Communications、Cell Research等期刊,相关成果获2023年北京市自然科学二等奖。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目,并参与多项科技部重点研发计划及国自然重大研究计划。
