吴健民,研究员、博士生导师、肿瘤生物信息中心主任,信息部副主任。2006年北京大学生物信息学博士毕业,在芬兰赫尔辛基大学进行了博士后研究(2006-2010),然后在澳大利亚悉尼Garvan 医学研究所担任研究组长(PI, 2006-2010)和新南威尔士大学兼职高级讲师(2012-2016)。2016年2月在北京肿瘤医院任职至今。
吴健民研究员在癌症基因组和蛋白组相关的生物信息学多个领域开展了系列高水平的创新研究,开发的蛋白相互作用网络分析平台PINA获得广泛应用,在此基础上围绕胰腺癌、食道腺癌等实体瘤的多组学研究, 为发现相关癌症驱动基因和信号通路的失常提供了重要的线索。
截止2016年5月累计发表SCI论文35篇,其第一作者/通讯作者的工作发表在 Nature Reviews Cancer(2016, 封面文章,荣获F1000Prime推荐)、Nature Methods (2009) 和Nucleic Acids Research (2006, 2009, 2012) 等国际专业高影响力杂志; 其合作研究也多次发表在Nature(2012, 2015, 2016)和Cell (2014)等国际一流杂志。这些工作获得了澳大利亚 NHMRC、Cancer Council NSW和Vodafone Foundation等多个机构的科研资助。2016年获得北京市留学人员科技活动项目择优资助(重点项目)。
