医学博士,主任医师,北京市优秀人才培养资助青年骨干。现任北京大学肿瘤医院胃肠肿瘤中心一病区副主任(主持工作)。兼任国家肿瘤质控中心胃癌质控专家委员会委员兼秘书、中国抗癌协会青年理事会常务理事、中国抗癌协会胃癌专业委员会委员、中国抗癌协会手术安全与质量控制专委会常务委员兼秘书长、中国抗癌协会肿瘤大数据与真实世界研究专业委员会常务委员、中国临床肿瘤学会青年委员、国际胃癌学会会员。主要研究方向包括胃癌的微创外科与围术期综合治疗、外科临床研究方法学框架的开发与应用。在手术视频资料分析、胃癌专科疾病数据库建设与质量控制等多个临床实践的数据化工作方面具有丰富经验。在Nature Medcine、JAMA Surgery、Gastric Cancer等领域内重要期刊累计发表各类学术文章120余篇,发表论文在“谷歌学术”总引用1970余次(h指数24)。获授权国家发明专利4项。
代表性成果
1. 胃癌化疗后腹腔镜手术的随机对照研究,是该领域内全球首个随机对照研究,证明了对于新辅助治疗后的进展期胃癌患者,腹腔镜手术可有效减轻术后疼痛、降低26%的术后并发症(20% vs. 46%),并提高辅助化疗的耐受性。(JAMA Surgery, 2019)
2. 基于计算机视觉的手术质量评价工具开发,以胃癌腹腔镜手术为切入点,首先开发了腹腔镜胃癌手术质量主观评价工具及胃癌手术阶段及事件标注工具,初步建立了胃癌腹腔镜手术质量主观评价数据集,并在上述工作基础上,对胃癌腹腔镜手术质量计算机评估方法进行了初步探索。目前已经掌握了多种视频特征提取及时序模型设计方法,提出了基于难样本挖掘的划分方法和强化学习方法,并设计了手术器械无监督分割方法和基于手术视野的手术质量客观评价模型,早期试验结果已展现出了该方法的广阔前景,并多次获邀在计算机视觉顶级学术会议上进行口头报告,获得国家发明专利授权1项。(MICCAI 2019、MICCAI 2020、CVPR 2021)
PD-1/CTLA-4双靶点单抗联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌的一线研究,该研究使用国产原研的创新药物卡度尼利单抗开展国际上首个针对PD-1/CTLA-4双靶点单抗联合化疗一线治疗晚期胃癌的临床研究,证明该方案具有良好的安全性和有效性,能够显著延长患者的生存期。研究结果的发表,为卡度尼利单抗在晚期胃癌一线治疗适应症的批准提供了有力支持。(Nature Medicine, 2024)
