长期从事黑色素瘤、肾癌、膀胱癌、前列腺癌等皮肤、泌尿生殖肿瘤的临床和转化医学研究，对于个体化靶向治疗和生物免疫靶向治疗方面积累了丰富的临床经验。重要成果发表于J ClinOncol，Blood，Annals of Oncol, Nat Commun, ClinCan Res等重要SCI期刊，累计影响因子500余分，累计引用次数超过2000次。其中4篇文章被引入美国NCCN黑色素瘤、肾癌和头颈部肿瘤诊治指南(全国个人排名并列4)，多次入选ASCO年会口头报告。曾获北京市科技进步奖二等奖，中国抗癌协会科技奖二等奖，中华医学会科技奖三等奖等。
