北京大学博士毕业(2010年)，哈佛医学院博士后(2010-2012)，美国国立癌症研究所访问研究员(2012-2014)，归国前任美国布朗大学助理教授，作为PI承担课题和培养学生。现任北京大学大学肿瘤医院流行病学研究室研究员、博士生导师，北京大学国际癌症研究院PI。入选国家中组部海外高层次人才计划青年项目(2016年，2017年正式拿到证书)、北京市海外高层次人才计划(2018)、北京市特聘专家(2018)、北京市优秀人才青年拔尖个人(2019)。获中国肿瘤青年科学家奖、美国NIH中国学者联谊会Distinguished Scientist Award、美国皮肤基金会学术生涯进展奖等。以第一/责任作者在JCO、BMJ、JAMA Internal Medicine、JNCI、Hepatology、Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology和JAMA Dermatology等IF>10的杂志发表论文。中国科协十届全国代表大会代表、中国抗癌协会青年理事会副理事长、北京抗癌协会青年理事会副理事长兼秘书长、中华预防医学会流行病学分会委员、中国营养学会营养与组学技术分会副主任委员、中国抗癌协会肿瘤流行病学专业委员会委员、中国抗癌协会癌症筛查与早诊早治专委会委员、中国抗癌协会肿瘤大数据与真实世界研究专委会副主任委员、中国环境诱变剂学会生物标志物专业委员会委员及青委会副主委等，以及Springer Nature肿瘤学区域咨询委员会委员、英国皮肤学杂志等SCI收录期刊的副编辑、《肿瘤综合治疗电子杂志》副主编等。

主要研究方向、成就

主要从事肿瘤流行病学、分子流行病学与健康医疗大数据相关研究工作。已发表SCI收录论文113篇，累计影响因子(IF) 990分，其中IF>10分有35篇。既往主要学术成绩包括：

1). 探索高发区人群胃癌预防策略，识别胃癌相关环境和遗传因素。候选人立足我国癌症的流行病学特征，以胃癌作为研究重点，致力于探索中国高发区人群胃癌预防策略，识别胃癌相关环境和遗传因素。研究报道迄今最为持久的根除幽门螺杆菌(H. pylori)感染预防胃癌的效果，首次明确根除H. pylori感染显著降低胃癌死亡风险，并证实补充维生素和补充大蒜素的长期胃癌预防效果，为制定胃癌一级预防策略提供了重要依据。首次发现根除H. pylori感染对已患重度胃黏膜病变个体也具有胃癌预防作用，为社区层面胃癌预防提供了重要证据。

2). 发现新的皮肤恶性黑色素瘤危险因素，识别遗传-环境交互作用与黑色素瘤的关系。候选人系列前瞻性队列研究支持黑色素瘤雄激素假说，首次发现前列腺癌个人史和服用西地那非(伟哥)增加黑色素瘤发生风险，研究促成美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)将西地那非等磷酸二酯酶抑制剂列入对黑色素瘤有潜在风险的药物监控名单。候选人研究支持炎症因素在皮肤癌发生中的作用，并在日晒依赖(tanning addiction)流行病学研究方面取得重要进展。

3). 识别可干预行为环境因素与系统性炎性疾病的关联。候选人依托大型健康人群队列，识别可干预行为环境因素与系统性炎性疾病等高发和(或)高危疾病的关联，系列研究发现罹患炎症性皮肤病与新发性糖尿病、心血管疾病和Crohn’s病风险增加有关，支持银屑病、玫瑰痤疮、特应性皮炎等炎性疾病的系统性和全身性表现。进一步系统研究了这些炎症性皮肤病相关环境因素和基因-环境交互作用，多数成果提供了世界范围内的首次前瞻性队列研究证据。
